Health is wealth- for a long healthy life – free from ailments and diseases.
Ways to maintain good health – exercising, practicing balanced diet and having proper stress management.

-          improves blood circulation- breathing rate increases – get sufficient oxygen

     -     drink adequate amount of water to prevent dehydration
     -     vitamins and minerals can be obtained from fruits and vegetables.
     -    avoid oily food to reduce risk to suffer from chronic diseases such as  
           hypertension and obesity.
     -     prevention is better than cure.

3. STRESS MANAGEMENT

-          stress can take a toll on physical and mental health – increase case of blood pressure and heartbeat.
-          Learn to express feelings
-          Do not bottle up feelings.
-          Share thoughts with friends or family members
-          Talk to a counselor or doctor.
-          Take some time off to engage in relaxing activities – listening to music
-          Practice proper stress management to reduce detrimental effects on our health.

 People dread the word “ fail “ – the end of the world – but it is not.
Fail first before reach success – fall but bounce and try harder .
How to overcome – think positively, learn from past experience, and never give up.

-          never feel sad – accept it and move on.
-          Give some space for oneself – gain a new spirit to get back on track.
-          Motivation – plan new strategies – read about others’ success.
-          Try again – never fear of fail – step to more success.

-          Think positive –whatever happens must have a reason –
