show that obese people – increase weight– because of food intake

– live to eat – lack of exercise – take junk food .

not care about health – eat without thinking – eat all the time –have no
discipline- no fixed meal time – improper eating habits - eat fast food- contribute
to weight gain

-lazy
to do workout –inactive people –stay home watch television and eat - not
interested to take part in outdoor activities –increase weight- fatter than
before – sleep a lot

3: Junk food
-like
to eat junk food – not nutricious food- easy to get – cheap- more delicious-
not realizing that these types of food –contains a lot of fat and oil- for examples

chips, instant noodle, frozen food- contain a lot of fat, oil.
